Come join us for 3 days of fitness fun during the winter break from school!

They overall goal of this group is to introduce movement & safe habits in an exercise facility while making it fun and exciting!!

• Day 1 – We’ll work on major movement & muscle patterns to help build independence
• Day 2 – We’ll introduce some exercise circuits that works on agility & endurance
• Day 3 – We’ll partner workouts and revisiting techniques from Days 1 & 2

Space is limited.  This event is for individuals with ASD who live within our service region.  You will receive a confirmation from us to confirm your registration.
